I have had leased cars for the last 13 years and all were maintained to the highest standard (ie main dealer).


....And never drag raced up the quarter-mile and never *cough* featured on any TV programmes *cough*  :wink:  :laugh:  :happy2:

Performance cars, like Arab horses, need exercise.

Nice, its easy to get addicted to that noise, the straight 6 is bad enough but an M3 with a proper exhaust  :evilgrin:

I was looking at BMW performance parts, their a bit expensive but wont effect the warranty.

We might have all been thrown together by our common interest and ownership of the famous GTI, but we have become a community of performance car (even diseasals) enthusiasts and friends (in some cases).

It would be disappointing not to see your build thread continuing, Chris, imo.
