Being larger than the S3, are there any issues installing/fitting the THS i/c?

No issues with the fitting.  The vRS needed a little bit of metal removing from the front pannel, the MK6 GTi just needs a little bit of the back of the bumper etc.  The hoses fit perfectly too.   :happy2:
