« on: October 12, 2010, 02:54:01 pm »
i know there are a few converts on here well im considering going the other way!

so...what do i need to know?

the only reason i want the trophy is the seats...can i get those seats in a 182 cup? were they an optional extra?

Going to swap my car, want something NA and reasonably quick with a max budget of 6ish k

any way yes you can get a 182 ff with those seats in but the trophy has sachs dampers on it and is holding money at the mo so budget 7k ish and ask if its had the dampers rebuilt as they need doing after 5 years or something like that. Jhtrophy loved his and will be on later i am sure

no problems(apart from needing to get REVO'd ASAP) just want something cheaper! ill be selling my house shortly and will need a bigger deposit for moving south due to cost of living.

plus never owned a NA car before, as far as i can tell there's alot less that can go wrong.

I will be keeping my eyes open for a 182 with the trophy seats! My budget is flexible anyway.

did consider a type R...but im still not convinced haha

Just read your problem thred and some symptoms are the same as i had on my KO3 engine, over boost etc etc :scared:

Has got to be said, if you want worry free motoring then the Civic makes a bucket load more sense than a Renault.

Clutter is superb, but you've got to get a good one, or one with a good warranty!!

Sideways yo!
