Perusing Pistonheads the other day at some motors and spotted a few nice examples that were modified, but had had the engine replaced stating the new engine has only covered say, 1000 miles.
I know some people on here have done engine replacements but how would you feel about purchasing a car from somebody you never met that had a replacement engine and more importantly how do I check everything is not dodgy?
