Ok, started the process off...got as far as creating the ISO image from my V4 disc.  Can some one provide a link to download the latest POI Inspect0r program plz? 

Also, where is the best place to get the speed camera ASC files from...googling returns websites which you have to pay for the downloads... I'm sure this info. used to be available free previously.

Have a search on Vwnavi for current links to POI Inspector.

As for speed camera data I have tried a couple of the free databases and found these where pretty useless, so I just got a subscription to pocketgpsworld to download theirs  :smiley:

Ive just got my disc, do I just put it in the drive and it does it all itself, or do I have to do something specifiac to load the map?

just insert it mate and i think it asks you if you want to load that map or summat. takes bout an hour tho :happy2:

I used that PimpMyNav software. It's one of those lame Wizard type setups, but it actually works well. Takes no effort at all.
