Yeah special edition wobble bolts  :innocent: They're for sale if you want them.

Anyone have any ideas/ recommendations for 5mm spacers?

:surprised: Fairly nasty fella! The "What if's?" roll through your mind afterwards...

I had exactly the same thing at around 50mph on a major A road where the front left sheered off. Fortunately, the road was straight and my brake disc acted as a super anchor   :ashamed:

Turned out I'd bought the wrong bolt type and the donuts at my local tyre factor hadn't pointed this out nor noticed that the bolts were constantly loose either. It was my first car and the first set of Oz Super Turismos I'd fitted - my first ever mod in fact, I learnt the soft way too thank goodness  :stupid:

I had a front wheel come off before, I was doing around 20-30mph, i heard a big and saw my wheel fly 20 feet in the air and shoot passed me, i could stop straight away and my disc cut a line in the tarmac.  The front wing was dented and I had to change all the brake bits on that side.  Was a bloody nightmare, i had to get the car picked up and i was stuck in the middle of a very busy road in South London.

You got lucky!!!

Bought these little fruitloops from Germany. Should be here Thursday according to FedEx.

Engineered for the mk5 with a 57.1 bore and 5x112 pcd. Hopefully wont be made of oats and wheat. (cheereo's so goooood to eat)  :jumpmove:

Currently having the new hubs fitted at a DIFFERENT mechanic. New front bolts also on the way
