Has anyone got an ED30 will a milltek exhaust? bit of help please!

thanks for posting the pics, I will copy them and pass them on to Milltek and see if they have a solution for this problem as ive seen it a few times now.

I already emailed milltek, looks like it might be a trip down to ilkeston
I might make 450bhp if I get the hpfp fitted

Did you have any luck removing the staining on the bumper mate? Mine is getting worse and not sure what to use on it to remove it without damaging the paintwork...

My car hasnt been washed since with the weather, its more beige/brown than candy white
I would have thought claybar would have got rid of the bulk of the sludge. I've got a massive box full of goodies, rotary, porter cable, menzerna polishes etc etc so not that worried about it, but once theres a clear day, I give it a wash and tackle the bumper. I'll let you know what you need

That exhaust fit is not right at all.  As already said the hangers are stretched badly.

similar to the fit on mine, I moved the fwd joint back, to relieve the stretch on the hangers, and put up with a slight blow.

I would reseal it, and eventually it would blow again.  PITA.
