Had about 5-6 inches in Bromley today, and typically it bought Southeastern trains to a standstill  :fighting:  On the plus side the GTI doesnt need to leave the drive, although I wish it was tucked up nice and warm in a garage!   :laugh:

this has fell since 6.30 this evening here, near to pontefract.  my work horse was a clear car at 6.30 and now its covered again.  The Gti is tucked in bed in the garage and staying there for a bit longer me thinks :signLOL:

a guy in work went to gatwick airport at 10am this morning.  an hours drive normally from where we live(about 55miles).  at 7pm he phoned me asking me to find him an alternate route through the traffic as he was still 25miles from the airport.  thats 30miles in 9 hours. 

hes staying in a hotel in london tonight rtather than travel back in it again.  that said, he reckons the roads arent that bad, its just idiots on the road

Well, woke up this morning to this...  :scared:

Chiseled the corner of the snow off the table and measured it...  :surprised:



Fairly heavy fall over night and the good news is IT'S STILL COMING DOWN!!!  :confused:

Its just ridiculous here now. The village front street is practicaly unpassible.

Vertualy everyone who is trying to get through the village is getting stuck, fools....

I'm meant to be on night shift tonight but thats not going to happen. Thats the 4th shift in a row I've missed now :(
