Easy answer: Yes, easy to tell by popping it to a tuner (such as R-Tech) and doing a rolling road power run. This will show the power output of your engine and if it's around 230-250bhp then you'll most likely have a remap, which R-Tech will do anyway to show a before and after power figures. If you're going to replace any map with an R-Tech one anyway (stock or after market) then I wouldn't worry too much right now about whether it is or isn't stock mapping.
