A Question about blocking Adverts....

I've recently installed Adblock on my browser and it reports blocking 135 items on this page for example, and often around 40 items on the other pages of this site.

What I don't understand is that I thought there weren't any adverts on this site at all  :confused:. Is it also blocking links to other sites? If so, they can be easily individually allowed.

So I'm curious what's going on...........

I've got adblock plus and it tells me 0 out of 137 items are blocked on this page. They all happen to be images/smileys.

There's nothing about popups. Are you sure it's not your browser/system?

Silly me!! Being an Adblock Plus newbie I missed the "0 out of 137" part and just saw the 137 blocked. Duh!

I'm fortunately still seeing smilies etc.
