I was just driving back when the petrol light came on, it already came on earlier in the day whilst parked up a hill but went off again and back near the 1/4 mark when I started driving on level roads again.
Whilst I was driving back now the petrol light came on which was no problem as I only had a few miles left to the petrol station, I was almost there and it started to judder and the exhaust light started flashing, it would go off but as soon as I put it under load (foot down) the exhaust light would flash again. It lost power (from 90BHP
) and I just about made it to the petrol station. I've put in some V-power like I always do but now the exhaust light is constantly lit. Still the same and it idles unevenly. Any thoughts guys?
Oh btw it's not a GTI, just a 1.4 FSI so I've ruled out the DV.
