iPad App's and Cases.....

Evening all and Merry Christmas, hope everyone has had a good day :santa:

Much to my surprise, one of my presents today was an iPad, wasn't expecting it at all! Now i'm after a bit of advice about some decent app's and a good case. Ideally looking for a flip over case (Genuine Apple or something else)?!

I've already got the iPhone 4 so have some decent app's but i'd like some more iPad specific app's so they appear full screen.

Also, what has everyone done about insuring it (if anyone has bothered)?!

I got a genuine apple case, screen cleaner and dock as part of the deal when I bought mine. Excellent quality.  :happy2:

And get 10000000000 cleaning cloths... because you have to clean the screen every 30 seconds!  :signLOL:

You Guys should check out soldierknowsbest on youtube he reviews loads of apps and hardware especially apple stuff  :happy2:

Well i've just ordered a Zagg Invisible Shield for the front and back (very impressed with the one on my iPhone 4) and a Genuine Apple Case.

Also downloaded a few of the app's mentioned including PVW and EVO magazine so thanks for that :happy2:

Now I just need to sort out a Sim Card for the 3G!

For free 3g use anywhere, if you have an iphone and a bundle with loads of data usage just download an app called mywi and it allows you to create a wireless hotspot using the iphone as a 3g scource.

I do this regularly and have never gone over the data limits, or even come close to it.

Just as fast and reliable as using a 3g enabled ipad but without the initial purchase cost and ongoing monthly charges.

Yeh me too PDt. I've never needed a 3G contract. Just use mywi on the rare occasion I'm not near wifi
