....Extremely poor customer service and response on more than one occasion - Hence why I've never used them - It wasn't for lack of trying!

However, I do fully realise that Regal have many very satisfied customers such as yourself.

I hope this clarifies my opinion and that it's realised that I am not on any 'hate' mission etc - I'm merely sharing my personal opinion based on my direct experience.

Any update on this?

Simple answer is no  :ashamed:

Until I can get some picture's across to BSH we can't progress this any further. I just haven't been around to sort this out and will now be away for 10 days on hols.

If anyone can help with this it would be very much appreciated  :happy2:

Why don't we ask BSH to supply us with silicone reducer that will fit the 1 inch fitment on the OEM HW?

Correct they don't directly has access to a K04 car so that's why they have requested some help if checking a few details  :happy2:
