installing pioneer f900bt

hi
planning to install a f900bt and wire my sub up in the golf. now reading around ive compiled a list of what i need but just want to make sure read right

to fit the stereo and also have it controlled by the steering wheeel buttons do i only just need a connects adapter and a double fakra arial adapter?
or is there something ive missed

also is a 3m rca cable long enough to reach into the boot as seen this one on ebay thats flat so should be easier to fit

It doesn't I'm afraid as I don't have MFSW.

You will need the rest of the bits in the kit to make an aftermarket unit fit though.

can someone confirm do i have to have a 3rd party fascia fitted or would the stereo just fit in like that as was planning to install everything tomorrow but seems that i might require a fascvia where as first i thought i wouldnt

Yes, as per my post you require a fascia surround, cage, ISO wiring adapter and aerial adapter.

ended up getting the bits off a mate as seems it had a spare one in his garage. now tried fitting it but ive not got the metal bits that you attach to the cage to keep the tv in one place in the dashboard. does anyone know  what theyd call these as cant seem to find them being sold seperately
