that is bang on for a stage 1 car.  Mine made 240hp/2790lbft with shark performance and 241hp/249lbft with bluefin.

oDont get hung up over these cars with 255hp at stage 1, because they dont have that at all, they have inaccurate results

I was told by a revo dealer that it goes up to 255 hp, are you guys saying this is actually not accurate?

unless you support other mods to get this figure, ie intake and Full TB exhaust, you simply are not gonna get to the 255bhp they quote with just a simple remap alone  :happy2:.

There are different ways to set up a rolling road and these variations mean you can get silly figures. I've heard of people making 230bhp on a stock GTI (that should be 200bhp!).

Ideally you should do a before and after run on the same rolling road to measure the increase in bhp.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

yes.  Ive seen probably in excess of 10+ cars with revo stage 1 make 235-245hp.

If you want 255hp take a trip up to AMDtechniks or superchips roller.  Awesome GTI's rollers make some big figures as well.

what dyno did they have?

as saintsteve says.  an intake is good for 10hp, so if you added that to your stage 1 you could be looking at 248hp

PDT why would this make an effect on the clutch?
2790lbft would stop the earth spinning  :signLOL:
