Saw this yesterday aswell before visiting the milltek stand , paint is a lovelly colour, cars interior is terrible IMO, looks cheap, and nothing to make it more desirable over the stock mk6.
On the handling course it looks very purposeful with it's new designed Angel eye drl's.

They looked a slightly different design. Chungster pointed it out yesterday when the car was being photo'd for the press.

hmm... i thought they looked the same, but i havent seen an ed35 in the flesh :(

Might of been the bulbs output, but they looked like there's more of a hook design to the drl layout.

According to the press release I saw they never where due to, same as with the Golf R, some of the press shots showed it in that colour but never released it.

They used that metallic red only on the press Scirocco's too. Don't VW realise that such a colour can increase sales?

I've also heard that xenons might be standard? Any more info on that or is it just pure speculation?

I think I may have taken a load of pictures of this and not even realised it was the ED35.

....I'm afraid that no-one ever knows these things until public release. Companies like VW and Apple etc keep everything a secret until they launch. Our guesses might turn out to be right but it is all speculation.
