Removing trim around headunit- any tips?

Going to fit the Parrot tomorrow - any tips on removing the trim around the headunit itself? I've bought myself a good selection of trim removal tools, but is there a better side to start putting the trim tools into?

i just found top down worked well for me...

yep top down both sides evenly then watch the clips at the bottom below the aircon.

Make sure you read the head unit removal guide. You can't just pull off the trim around the HU - there's two screws securing it in place behind the vent.

I use a plastic bicycle tyre lever, with the end sharpened to fit in the trim gaps. It's softer than the trim, so leaves no marks.

I got caught using the Bosses Kitchen spatula, cost me a nights silence and then 30 quid for the proper trim tools next time.
