....in a MKV! Well not strictly speaking, but my wife is. After I sold the 335 and brought the Porsche, my wife has been using a multitude of cars from work to see what she likes.
Well, as some of you know I've had 3 MKV's, all the cooking models - ED30, GTI and R32, all DSG, and my wife loved all of them. As I now have the sports car in the house hold, and all she does is run the kids around, approx 400 miles a month, I thought a nice diesel GT Sport would be perfect. Today I have purchased a 2008/58, 2 owner, tornado red (my first ever red car!), 140 DSG 5 door with the leather pack. It has covered an incredible 72000 miles, but has FVWSH, and I got it for under £10k! Mileage is irrelevant as she hardly does any. I'm looking forward to coming back to the VW fold.
Car has had the front end blown over due to stone chips, and apart from 3 lightly marked alloys is in excellent condition, so I'm told. Picking it up Thursday.
