the car wasn' fast enough, so he took a year out to investigate "aero" packages (along with using more reliable gearboxes as he broke a few). and this is the one he has chosen.

The bonnet needs to be higher up due to him rotating the engine round to a longitudinal set up instead of Transverse. The gigantic GT42 turbo now sits bit too high so he had to raise the bonnet a bit to accomodate.

It will run close to 1000bhp.  :surprised:

But the Gobstopper should still be the fastest car out there, as that will be driven by Olly Clark who is a bit more talented in the driving stakes.

I am hoping somebody is running a GT-R competitively this year.  One went round last year completely standard from the factory and was setting some very good times considering it had hardly done any mileage.

That was RC Developments - who promptly went bust owing a lot of money to a lot of EVO owners, some of whom lost out big time.

No R35 GTR is entered in the compo this year. But you will see one at Time Attack as ECUTEK are using their GTR as the official pace car for the series.

Im still coming but I am not sure what in yet, my car is in the garage still so I don't know if its gonna be ready for Saturday  :ashamed:

I may end up coming in my mums car  :grin: Do you want to meet before we get to this windmill thingy? I aint meeting Joe or anyone at KK's anymore so I was thinking that me and you could convoy down the M62/M6  :happy2: If you fancy it I could you meet you at the roundabout off the Worsley junction and then hop straight onto the M62, what you think?  :happy2:
