Chewing gum
«

This might not be the right section but someone has brought chewing gum into my car on the passenger side mat. Is there a product I can get from say halfords to get rid of it? I'm wondering if I can buy some kind of freezer spray that will then make it easier to remove.
Cheers
Andy

Try lighter fuel the stuff used to fill zippo lighters, my mum used to use it all the time for my school trousers.
Just apply a small amount then leave it for 15min then try removing gum, would suggest washin mat afterwards if u use this..

Sticky stuff remover?
Autoglym intensive tar remover should dissolve.
Alternatively stick in the freezer and smash gum into pieces with you can then scrape off.

Tardis would be excellent but unfortunately halfrauds don't stock it.

All you have to do is rub the gum with an ice cube (or two depending on British summer).
It becomes hard and simply picks off your matt.
