Took my car out as she was in need of a good drink. Topped the oil up and filled her to the brim with V-power then went to the shop. And then decided I have pushed my car for a while as I have been in england with the speed limits and all. So had a drive up the autobahn and back was nice and sunny also to top it off!

we reached a mile stone! Im trying to use one tank of fuel all month instead of 3. Im currently on 200miles driven and 200miles in the tank! Normally i get sub 250miles to a tank  :signLOL:

I wont be doing it next month trust me, its the most boring thing ever, but its nice to know i can. I managed 400miles to a tank on the motorway once so im surprised im on track for getting it town/a road driving!

Just had the car collected and during the walk round noticed that 3 of the 4 wheel have white worm developing around the the centre caps/wheel nuts and the engine has developed a knocking noise, just goes from bad to worse  :sad1:

Fitted my red ebay gti badges after reading up about it on this site somewhere.

I'm normally on the uk-mkivs forum since i used to have a mk4 but now i have my mk5 this forum seems a bit more involved!
