Installed a new DP hanger, W.A.L.K., and Euro switch for the beams. Also grabbed a Dash cubby, and blue blind-spot mirrors from my friend/mechanic. He traded in his MKV and removed all the mods putting it back to stock first which benefits me, paying only $180 usd for all of the above.  :drinking:

Completed the latest round of spending my GTI yesterday with Major Service, MOT, Brake Fluid Service and Air-con Service following on from last weeks' two new Monza II's, two new Goodyear F1 Assymetric 2's and a full 4-wheel alignment on the dealer's Beissbarth rig.  Good news was that yet again the GTI flew through with zero advisory comments! :jumpmove:
OEM+ 2005 GTI DSG (high factory standard spec and upgraded with S3 alloy hubs, S3 alloy wishbones, Bilstein B8s and VWR springs by my own hands) owned since 2008 and still loving it!

Had Revo stage 1 installed at headquarters in Daventry on a K03 GTi.  Completely transformed the car, significantly quicker and smoother as well.  Thumbs up all round so far  :happy2:

Finally got round to putting my cherished number plate on my car (only had the car 3 months) and forgot what a difference it makes to any car. Oh and my insurance company didn't charge me an "amendment fee", could be wrong but I'm sure I paid last time!

Ha, to be fair to him tho they are pretty amazing still. Was in my house after work and it flew over again whilst giving it the beans on climb out and sounded like the roof was going to come off my house!;)

No rolling road at Daventry to quote any figures as such, but as far as bum on seat feel its a big enough increase to have me grinning for a while, there's bound to be some specific figures on here but I reckon with my maxogen intake as well it's around 240-250hp (at a guess).  Off to get a quote on getting the bodywork professionally detailed today.

Took my GT TDI and my GTI to the garage to ge the R32 brakes transfered across onto the GTI and the lowering spring off the GT to return to standard.
