Car now with the Wheels  Taken on my iphone so exscuse the rubbish pictures!

Ha, ha. Teo10 you should have told me yoou were going to Peter at Pentland Precision Finishes!! Their company is one of our local sub-contractors so I get a great deal on wheel refurbs.  Think I've done just shy of 30 sets of wheels thru them. Including my shadow chrome Omanyt's in my signature below.  :happy2:

Thanks for all the great comments Everyone  :ashamed: :ashamed: :ashamed:
All the inspiration has come from this forum in one way or another.  :notworthy:

When I first got the Ed30 I was very naive about car care, and I even remember telling people that all I planned to do mod wise was lower it.  :ashamed:

After seeing some amazing cars, it didn't take long before the modding bug set in.

I REALLY wish I'd have started a build thread years ago.  :sad1:

Anyway.....

Carlo what did you use to stick the magnets on?

Also what what width magnets did you use? 12/18mm?

And have you stuck some felt like cloth on the back of the plate?

Poundland is your friend when doing this mod, I can tell you  :happy2:

All these items were...guess what??? Yep £1 each  :jumpmove:

I used the Araldite Epoxy to stick the magnets to the plate and the back of the grill.

All the magnets were 18mm wide  :happy2:

The felt I used was the white self adhesive felt that comes in the Poundland pack of Surface Protector Pads
We're abouts did you source the magnets from been looking on eBay just can't find your size ones :)

Took a little trip up to annoy Alex at AKS and borrow a hub so that a proper brake specialist can sort my AP's so trackdays can be more fun. Also shocked that I managed over 500 miles out of a tank of gas.

Not sure which ones Carlo used but I got a pack of 20 20mm x 3mm N35 magnets from an english seller on eBay, £14.88 a pack, ridiculously strong as well.
