Today I made the 3 hour (each way) trip to Mecca Eddie's house to get my fogs wired up.
I know it's been said before but Eddie's knowledge and work is absolutely second to none.

Well worth the drive and will definitely be using Eddie again!

Saw 1 White and 2 Blue very fly-splattered Golf R's at the Isle of Man TT the other day! Unfortunately they looked very slow flying past at 130mph compared to the bikes at 180mph :-)

Went to players classics show at Goodwood today. Was impressed with the turn out. Some nice cars and the weather to match.

Did almost the same, got up early (for me on a saturday) drove 2.5 hours to Squeeguk to get some skyline lights fitted and coded.
Also asked Luis to code some other things on the car including the recently fitted towbar.
I must say he is something of a perfectionist when it comes to fitting and fixing things on VW's, needless to say I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
Pictures to follow.

Mk5 Jetta 2.0l Tdi 140 se Apex RDX coilovers, BBS VZ003, Skyline tails, Genuine Xenons more to come

After 12 hours of hard graft, polished the car. Scholl S17, followed by Megs 205, Poorboy's Black Hole and Autoglym SRP... Used with the DAS-6 Pro, what a great machine! Used Hex Green, white, red and black pads

Industrial fallout, you've overstated your welcome!

Washed and clayed

After first stage

After all 4 polish applications

I hosed off the bug carcasses away from the front bumper...took the long way to the Koi pond store...kept looking at it over and over wishing I had somewhere to go...a beautiful day and no where to go b/c yard work ;[
I took a neighbor for a ride yesterday b/c he always asks for one...so headed out to the road where I shot the vid below...got back and he said "this thing pulls, you could definitely beat me and my Corvette"...
