Yesterday I broke the Golf's trackday cherry...well for one session anyway  :driver:

How was it?

Got he video done yet?

Yeah wasn't too bad. Took it steady as although I know Donington well I have never driven round there. Track temp was hot so chewed the Hankooks up abit and found that going off line to let faster cars through meant I picked loads of rubber up. Made it sound like I had a wheel bearing gone haha. Enjoyed it though  :happy2:

Not had time to do the video yet. Have watched it back though and it is rather unspectacular haha. Plus you can hardly hear it as the external mic must have come loose  :sad1:

I do wonder if things like this and bra's  do more damage than good as they end up marking the paint on edges a fixing points

It is a marmite thing I agree. I was thinking of getting it colour coded at a later date. It's off at the moment anyways. I had a bra on my old car. The paint was ruined from the result of it. I do a lot of motorway driving at the weekends. It's mainly for that purpose

Christ is that the only way to get in there  :scared:, I take it you can't just take the door card off from inside?
