Any other mods?

More importantly, has it removed your dsg farts? =(

DSG remap will lessen the "fart" noise usual, as a result of faster gear changes.

Well that's me not getting my DSG mapped ;-)

When you get it mapped you can choose not to have faster shifts if you don't want to. Just have higher rev limit, 4000rpm launch and no auto shift in manual

I want the higher rev limit, but 4000rpm launch is probably too much (GTI) and I kind of like the auto shift in manual

Today i came to the conclusion getting the Passat CC was a bit of a mistake, specifically getting the 140bhp engine :(

Since buying my wife's Octavia RS 3 years ago, I've always felt that the standard headlight output was really poor (admittedly my GTI does have factory xenon's but even so...).  Having suffered a terrible journey home last week late at night in very thick fog I finally decided to do something about it and today finally got round to fitting Osram Nightbreakers :jumpmove:.

All I can say is why, oh why did I wait?... :ashamed:
OEM+ 2005 GTI DSG (high factory standard spec and upgraded with S3 alloy hubs, S3 alloy wishbones, Bilstein B8s and VWR springs by my own hands) owned since 2008 and still loving it!

I did consider getting it mapped but with a new job round the corner and a £6k car allowance i'm thinking of upgrading to a Passat CC 170 facelift or Scirocco. Love the Passat but should its a little too big for me and under powered. I think i was too focused on the toys when i bought it

DSG farts are reduced but I think it is worth it for the speedy gear change.

Also the pull in all the gears is amazing, overtaking in 6th gear comes with ease.

Another thing I really like is driving off boost seems a lot smoother/easier, although this could be coupled with the faster gear changes.

Even this little polo 1.2TSI sounds great with a different exhaust:
