They eliminate all the air space within as well. I had just a BSH dogbone insert...then added the W.A.L.K....still struggled with wheel hop. The mount kit was the fix though and definitely felt tighter getting power to the road.
Do you already have a WAL'Kit'?
just installed a HID kit and Depo projectors... just need to get them aligned and make a small config change.
