@PirelliDroo83 My canbus gateway was above where the clutch pedal would be in a manual car. I had to remove drivers seat and lie on my back in the footwell and l could just about reach it. I left the USB update cable attached and ran that through to the cubby hole under the light switch so l can update it without taking everything apart again.


Full VCDS Hex + Can.

Did you wire them to your current rear lights or the 12v socket?
To my rear lights mate. I'll do a write up with a few pictures not great ones as the sun was way too bright so couldn't capture decent pictures. left to left and right to right and quad braking too  :grin:

Thanks raz469 I'm really pleased with the effect of the inners and not too bright either in fact I think they look spot on.  :smiley:

Had the cambelt and water pump done at Autotecnic in Sheffield today. Absolutely spot on, very friendly, used genuine parts and made a point of showing me the old parts. The car was extremely over due for the belts but the original belt was still in good nick (for 98k miles!).

Fitting new rear discs, pads and calipers after I noticed my wheel was almost on fire last week from a stuck caliper piston!

Changed another rear wheel bearing without removing the caliper carrier  :happy2:
