I installed an angled O2 spacer, because catless, and so far there is no fault code or CEL...so, hopeful that the rail pressure request returns to 140 BAR from 110 BAR.

Hi @ROH ECHT please let us know if this works as I used one on my previous car and it still brought the Mil light on after a few days and here and there. I've now got a BCS sports cat on and the Mil light comes on so guessing the map will have to clear it as I'm constantly clearing it with my code reader.

Thanks

R5
I will report if the CEL/fault code appears again. So far, over the past two days and starting it a dozen times, there are no codes.  Mine is K04 with a 2.5" TB and catless...GIAC needs the code to go away before they will send me a track-only tune to replace my K04 HO tune. Also, I was just alerted to this that may work and is more stealthy should you be required to be inspected: http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/o2sim.html

K04 I see mine is K03 with a 3inch BCS dp to sports cat and then 2.75inch milltek cat back non res. Maybe it's just luck but again most after market producys throw a Mil light on. let us know thanks  :happy2:

Let's hope it does but people have tried all types of these adaptors and they never seem to work and cell light pops up on the dash soon enough

I have a club-cruise, BBQ, and Fast-n-Furious movie tonight...and a club Poker Run on Sunday...that should be enough to determine its usefulness. :happy2:

HI,

Did some sewing today lol well technically I didn't. I just went through the original stitching with some red waxed thread on my handbrake. I'm going to do the steering wheel and the leather on the door cards next.

I also fitted an MK6 gear knob too :) I think the red of the knob and the stitching on the handbrake matches well to the red of the dash lights.

.....and then I fitted the GTI seat insert thingy mejiggs :)

Next up will be the diverter valve as soon as I get it delivered from Awesome. Then I'm going to check my cam follower as I suspect I'm getting some  noise from that area when the car warms up.
