Retro fitted an arm rest last night. More than happy with it!

Fitted yet ANOTHER number plate to my smoothed front grill but this time I went with double sided suction cups and so far so good, holding on just fine. Thanks to Carlo (Monte) for the letting me know about these little suckers! I am going to keep a spare number plate in the boot (with magnets attached) just in case the sucker one falls off or gets nicked.

TRS888 - lighting mods looking good. I was thinking about the bold sport door LEDs, but sounds like you've had quite a bit of hassle with them.

Just got the car back from the bodyshop after having the rust under the boot badge fixed. Too dark and wet to see if they have done a good job yet though. They fitted new GTI lettering on the back which is good as my old ones were starting to bubble a little. It felt great to drive again after having a boggo Polo for a week!

I washed it, clipped its nails, used q-tips in its ears, brushed its teeth, shined its shoes, cleaned its glasses, and even wiped its hiney. We have two days to enjoy clear skies before the rain/snow returns. Going to a local gtg in town tonight.  :jumpmove:

Real nice, yes. Which double-sided bonnet do you have, OSIR?
