Took my Mrs starlet for new tyres

Cleaned, re-treated my leather front and back, cleaned all the plastics and dashboard

Took the capri to CSG to fit some braces to help reduce rear axle movement

The brooklands is a right laugh to drive

Here's the gopro, front and back. We guessed at the cam position and didn't get the front wheel all that well. Still, had a good time pre-running this section and checking a couple of corners at 80+mph. And yes, this is with cut front springs ;p

I had a very similar incident happen last year (my offside rear bumper scraped) but luckily the girl was leaving her details when I came back so got it sorted. Even managed to get another mark sorted at the same time for minimal cost :happy2:

As I mentioned I was lucky though as most people seem to just drive off. My old mans front wing had been scraped and dented (most probably by a van) early last year and no details left.

Took the old winter wheels & tyres off at the start of the week - now that its finally warmed up.
Gave them & the summers a coat of FK1000p also cleaned the exhaust & put the winters into storage.....phew !!
