Has anyone ordered from these recently?

I ordered a gift for fathers day and its still hasnt turned up and they are not replying to emails or answering to messages.

Strange. What did you order?

I've bought a few things from them - menzerna powerlock, hex logic spot pads and r222 wax. Three orders over the last three weeks and they've all arrived within 48 hours of ordering! With each order, I've put a message to add "deliver to addressee only" on to the outside and they've conplied without any issues.

Have they taken payment? Have they sent an email to say it's been despatched? Have you had a look at the order in your account to see if they're waiting for stock? What did you buy?

Not ordered anything recently but have you tried calling Alex Tim at there shop?

Never had any problems with the site or even when i've turned up in person at Tim's unit, even let me walk round the shelves and paly with everything

Its just a wash mitt. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago now.


Ordered from a friends account and I believe the payment went. Very strange.


Its still 'pending' from the 14th of July. Emailed them on 2 occasions and had no reply and also left a message on the answering machine.

They're usually pretty quick, longest I've ever had to pay is about 4 days, and even then that was slow! ;)
