I have had McGards, and the shallow key pattern lends itself to failure, just as it di on my MK4, twice.
I had to get a stud remover and use it to remove the bolts on each occasion. OEM now, with no problems in 6 years.

If the shallowness of McGards is a prob, then I would hope that the blingy sixonetwo's are deeper.
I've yet to have a problem with my McGards and I prefer the extra security to only having OEM, security being the sole reason for having aftermarket locking nuts.
