Who's having a holiday this year?
« on: June 30, 2011, 10:56:58 am »
School summer holidays are just round the corner and the kids (daughter 9 and son 7) are asking where we are going this year :surprised:

Last year we took them to the First Choice holiday village in Turkey and it was brilliant. This year tho, funds are a bit lower due to moving and the addition of the GTI (yes wife, it was a necessity!), so we were thinking of booking something last minute.

Currently looking at Ibiza for a week in August.

What's everyone else doing this summer?

Already planning next year, too. Probably a week in Cornwall, so a bit boring!

I've had a few already, been to Jerez and Silverstone to watch the Moto GP and had 5 days in southern Spain (nearly Gibraltar) at my girlfriends brothers place.

Hoping to go away for a couple of weekends camping in The Lakes, go back to her brothers and hopefully the GP final in Valencia. If I don't get to Valencia I'll be in Skegness for the weekend instead
