Do you got any clip of how it would sound with no Blow Off installed ? Or do i get this sound but a bit quieter ?

I have a twintake & rev. d DV. A blow off sound isn't something I'd want to have. As for the noise I love it. Can't comment on the ITG but from the inside and outside it sounds great. Only realised how much of a suction noise it makes when my girlfriend drove past me in it the other day!
GTI going...

I read this in a thread :
Quote
Part numbers are
Piston type divertor valve (new style)
06H 145 710 D (06H145710D) approx USD$100.00

Diaphragm type divertor valve (old style)
06F 145 710 G (06F145710G) approx USD $75.00
06F 145 710 C (06F145710C) - predecessor  to the G model

The funny thing about it, is that i now even dont need to order a new DV since i got the "06H 145 710 D"  :happy2:

yup, you need to maintain it for it to work properly, so you would be better off with the rev. D DV mister RR

Hi guys !

I'm waiting for my Twintake to arrive :)
But i read a note on Forge website yesterday : "Contents of kits supplied may vary with different vehicle models. No heatshields are supplied with the Seat Leon or Audi S3"

Why is it like this, dosent the Leon need any heatshield ?
Maybe you have order/made a heatshield from elsewere ? (Or maybe wrap the pipe in bandage(heat film) to keep it colder ?)

Regards / Robin

Looks great in gold !
But where can i find it, i checked at Ebay but all i could find was heat tape that you have to wrap and lock with cable ties.

EDIT : I think it will do better in Silver/Aluminium, will this work? : http://www.ecsautostores.com/cooltape.aspx
