i would steer clear simply due to their attitude.  some reasurrance was what was required, not defensiveness.  give 'em a wide berth.

Exactly my point, I don't think what I was asking was in anyway having a poke at there wheels, but when you are shelling out nearly 400 quid a bit of reassurance goes a long way......
