I've always given Awesome good feedback, but they forgot to plug my MAP sensor in after replacing my thermostat. Drove home and realised car didn't feel right, gave them a call and they tried saying it was the car adapting to the new thermostat  :stupid:

I told them i'd bring it back when I could and they realised what they had done. Still 60 mile round trip with no voucher or refund offered for the extra fuel and time it's cost me.  :sad1:

They should have offered some kind of compensation for the time and waste of fuel. Maybe a trainee was doing the work

Fitted coilovers and other work to my car,  broke the wiper arm. Days wasted of my time.   small compensation but not happy, too big a story to go into.

glad the op was happy with their work.

always a good thing to have another opinion though.

I have always found them really efficient with ordering and delivery but I ordered some parts in February (6th) they took my money +£10 delivery and until last Monday they had never contacted me to keep me up dated with progress in the back order or anything.

I had to phone them 4 times regarding the items which I just got " yeah there not here yet mate "

in the end I just said look forget my order this is silly now you're sold something and taken payment for something you haven't got, cancel it. I then chose other "in stock" items that added up to the amount I paid 3 months ago!

Put me off awesome abit now, shame really as I've ordered tons of them in my edition ownership
Edition 30 build No:692 Revo stage 2 SOLD
Edition 30 build No:440 Stage 1 SOLD

As a newb who works in the NW, but lives in Cornwall, choice limited. looked about...scared off a bit by the Audi RS boys at shed 20, maybe good, but £££. Out of my range! RS 4 oneday, maybe???

Went to Awesome, who did my apr 1, clutch, walk etc. On my eddy.
Very pleased. Hassan, on here, and also an addy owner particularly helpful, even demoing in his eddy for me. V helpful sorting minor issuesafter map.
I will be back for more, soon...i hope.
