Yellow Fogs

I have ordered some yellow Lamin-x for doing the front fogs on my 2008 GTi.  i was wanting to get some yellow fog light bulbs too...but can i find any?  no...i cant even decipher which type i need, either h3 or h11...

any links to where i can get the correct type appreciated please.  thanks.

is the lamin-x going to be enough for cutting through the fog?  plus, i want them to stand out as really yellow.
