i use the vent all the time, so dont really wanna block it. plus your eyes have to move to far to see it imo.

the steering colum mount goes into the bottom corner of the rev which has nothing there anyway, and only blocks the engine temp a tad, dont need to see that when its cold neway...

Boost gauge lets you know turbo boost pressure. Useful for seeing if your turbo is putting out what it's meant to, and whether or not your DV is leaky.
DEFI all the way:

I'm making a nice housing out of another OEM grille vent thingy.

DEFI racer is for the US market. It does not require the Control Unit II. The normal DEFI gauges use the DEFI-LINK system and require a Control Unit II to be used with the system.

What part of my post did you not get? The DEFI Racer is for the US market and in PSI. It does not require a Control Unit II.

The normal DEFI Meter BF gauge is available in bar and PSI but requires the Control Unit II.

the blue racer does appear to be available in bar  , see http://www.defi-shop.com/product/rg/rg_type.html
Steve just call the tt shop and request what you want  :happy2: and theyll let you know....

I see you are running the forge spacer, Id be tempted to ditch it as that may be causing you reduced power
