My first car was a G reg Toyota Corolla GL. 4 door in a red/faded pink colour. Nicknamed the red rocket, lasted me 6 mnths before I had an "incident" with a titanic sized Volvo so no pics. Then got the VW bug and bought a 1 litre Polo, spent a but if cash making it look like this..

looks quite chavvy now but I loved that car!
Then moved onto something with a few more horses:

on H&R cup kit, was a laugh every journey.
Fancied a convertible next and couldn't afford the insurance on an s2000 so had this:

looked a lot better with the hardtop on and was fun in the wet if you pushed it!
Not had chance to take any good shots of the Golf yet.

Right then,
My first car was a VW Polo 1.0 on a P reg in pistachio
green. Bought for £1200 with 76k on clock.
No pics of this but was a lovely little motor

Then I picked up a 5 door Mk3 Golf 1.8 CL on a K reg with
160k + on clock for £500 didn't have this for long as was burning
a hole in my pocket with one thing or the other :surprised:
No pics of this but traded it in for the next beast

Another 5 door mk3 in VR6 Highline guise :happy2:

Loved this car and spent a fortune on it as was standard when
bought!

Picked this up as a second car to ferry the kids about

Mk2 jetta 1.3 4 speed £200 with tax n test :happy2:
Turned this into a ratter :signLOL:

Then came another £200 special in the form of a Mitsubishi colt 1.6

Got bored with this and turned it into this :signLOL:

 :stupid: :stupid:

VW Corrado running a 2.0 ABF, KR cams, 6-branch,
Fully stripped out with snap off steering wheel and polycarbonate
windows

Porka 944 S2 3.0

Loved this car other than the electrics and a replacement
fog assembly being around £280  :scared:

Mk2 GTi 8v on porka teledials  loved every minute
of driving this liitle £500 special :driver:

Then went crazy with gaffa tape :popcornsoda:

Then another change :signLOL:

Another 5 door mk3 this time heavy oil

Got rid of this as was too slow :sad1:

Yet another 5 door Mk3 VR6 in dragon green, I had this 2 weeks
and write it off in a freak accident day before Halloween
no pics I'm afraid

Then bought a mk2 Clio on a W reg for £100 to get me to
work in the snow. Did me proud and got my money back when
I weighed it in :happy2:

Then got a yamaha ybr125 which is my current daily, I love
This bike £10 of fuel gets me 220 miles :happy2:

Then onto my last and current ride which is unfortunetly up for
sale dude to a change of circumstances :surprised:

Gonna miss it tbh :fighting:

I love these kind of threads , ive done them many times on various forums - some great cars on this one so far , so I will add some of mine.

1st car was a 1975 Mini 1000 (JBR 318N) which I bought as an MOT fail for £80 , done it up at the garage i was doing YTS at in 2 tone beige and red , with the red paintwork running down the  A pillar and ending up as a V shape on the bonnet.... no pics

2nd car was a 1975 VW 1303 (HKS 244N) Campaign Edition ,resprayed black with Wolfrace chrome slot mags , a monza 4 tip exhaust and every chrome accesory i could throw at it!!!  again no pics

3rd was a Brand new Ford Escort Mk4 1100 Bonus in black (G734 OSH), to which I added RS Turbo Wheels and RS front spoiler. (no pics again tho!)

Next came this , 1983 Ford Capri 2.0S , one of the later cars which missed out on the Check Recaro interior but gained 2.8i style single leaf springs and Billstein gas suspension.

After that , I had another VW Beetle , a 1969 1300 in Oragne , LER 429G , no pics as I only kept it a short while before I traded it in for this....

Vw GT Beetle NBW 644L in Apfelgrun
2005 Golf GTI 3 Door - Tornado Red. (2010 - 2012)

2008 Golf GTI 3 Door - Candy White , 18" Monza II's , Leather , Armrest , Rear Park sensors. (current car)

A few years later 1994 ish I beleive , at the Mitsu garage across the road from my work , I spied this- 44000 on the clock , 1 owner , full FFSH , so I had to buy it - Ford Capri 1.6 Laser in Paris Blue

I kept that for a year , but hankered after a 2.8i , so found this in the NE Autotrader at a garage in Northallerton (Bearing in mind I live in North Northumberland!) , went down to see it and fell in love. D500 WCN 2.8i Special in Diamond White.

I had 2 happy years of show attending ect with this car , I loved it but I can never keep a car so I fancied a change , and I bought a Mitsubishi Galant 2.0 DOP (Diamond Option Pack) 5 door on an H plate , in Burgundy met. My first car with cruise control , and thats about all I can remember about it , apart from the fact that it had cross spoke alloys that were a pig to clean!

Got bored with that very quickly , and traded it at the same Mitsubishi dealer for a Lancer GTI-16V (K320 EKS) this was lowered on Pi springs , had compomotive 5 spoke alloys , a Superchip and a Blaupunkt aftermarket stereo with Cd changer
