Finally got iphone and ipad updated after about 6 hrs of "internal error (3200) cannot restore"

Update seems ok... iphone seems a bit quicker now.

I like:

Notifications
being able to change email tone
adding webpages to reading list so i can easily view them on my ipad without having to research or email myself the link
split keyboard on ipad
gestures on ipad

I love:

photostream. no longer have to email across pics i take on iphone.

I hate:

photostream!! apple seemed to forget to include a delete button! So i now have 10 crap photos of my wall where i was testing the syncing last night, that I cannot delete..and if you mate sends you a photo of a monkeys ar$e... yep that gets put into photostream aswell and you cant delete it!

Has anyone received a shipping email from Apple yet for 4s??? Do we think they will be delivered tomorrow or shipped tomorrow?

Mine is being processed but judging by macrumors forum, they all seem to be getting shipped today with delivery for tomorrow.  Apparently the system is a little slow updating with many stuck at processing but general consensus is any saying dispatched by 14th will be sent today for delivery tomorrow

systems seem slow.  I have another order which is still preparing for shipment but when i put in the order number at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html  (select track by reference and put order number in -starts with W and click track) it comes up the same as my other order which I suspect means it's also shipped :party:

2 other couriers are being used so may not work for you?

I'm loving all the new features. However there is a downside. The new ios features on the ipad like apple tv mirroring might have just tipped me over the edge and I want an iPad now! GF is going to kill me! :fighting:

I-Cloud is very annoying as me and the wife both have I-Phones and we both connect to I-Tunes but now we both have each others contacts on each others phones as well as our own contacts,so i went into I-Cloud settings and switched off the contacts and it says delete the previous contacts from I-Tunes so i did and now i have lost lots of numbers or the names have gone and I'm trying to go through my text messages to figure out who's who :stupid:

That's funny, because so do my wife and I but we log in under different logins - but the same iTunes, no such problems.   I was going o say how good it was.

If I were you I would reinstate rom the last back up. Are you logged in under if fervent names, I'm presuming not, so you'll have to create a new ID.

I have it on 3GS and there's a detectable lag - mainly when typing or playing games.

Think I'll turn it back to iOS4.
