This topic has probably been flogged to death, but just trying to find out if anyone went from manual to DSG and disliked it so much they sold and went back to manual?  :driver:

Had a DSG in the past in an A3 2.0TFSI - it really is an awesome piece of kit. The only downside is if the mechs unit lets go....

Opted for a manual in my GTI as it was the only Steel grey in the VW network at the time.

You won't regret owning a dsg Justin  :happy2:

When u drive a DSG, do u have to take your foot off the gas like a manual to change gears?

That's absolutely mental  :stupid:
How many BHP or lbs/ft torque Is the DSG good for?
One of the main reasons for going this way is to stop having issues with stage 2+ clutch burnout!

just wrote a massive spiel there about the DSG but then it came up internal error 550....

so i cant b arsed writing it all again all im gonna say is you will not regret buying a DSG....it will be the smartest move youv made all year!

iv owned mainly manuals but owned an auto and hated it! But i dont think i would go back to a manual after the DSG
