I'm interested in this too.
On darkside, I can see the Egr cooler delete, but not the actual Egr delete pipe. I think they do one, as its mentioned on their project jetta car.

There egr valve delete is having some work done to make it better, so its not on there site at the moment, I spoke to Scott earlier and they have the prototype winging its way to them, shouldn't be long before they put it back on the site.

If the guide on the Jetta is for a 2.0 BKD engine it will be exactly the same!

Pagey they advised me they where having a couple of problems with welds splitting with the very high temps that go through it.

The new one is a solid piece of billet so no welds to crack, if you have had no problems upto now don't worry about it.

Thanks for the heads up Darren, no problems so far mate, I wonder if DD would replace it if it cracked?  :popcornsoda:

I believe they would mate, they are still a company trying to fight for there place in the upcoming TDI market so there customer service will be second to none, They have just moved into there new premises so I'm going to go over and pick the new EGR delete once they have the first batch in,

I can vouch for that, when I got my valve the guys there practically talked me through the installation via several emails.  Top lads imo.  :happy2:

All the EGR kits will bring the CEL on mate, it needs to be deleted from your ecu via a remap.

Darkside Developments kit is £85 but its excellent quality
