Has anyone retro fitted headlamp washers?

I have the mechanism for the bumper but I'm not sure what else I need? :sad1:

What mechanism do you mean - the jets? There are different jets between GT/GTI and standard/R32.

There's a post by mortygttdi which lists the parts you need, bear in mind there are loads of small parts needed for the hoses. I also put in a 5.5L bottle as it came pre-drilled, now have low washer warning too.

So, on top of the couplings, hose, rubber seals, clips etc you'll need a pump, bumper mouldings sprayed up, a fairly expensive Kufatec wiring loom and access to VCDS to program it.

Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

In addition to that, there's some useful pics here http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?4146014 which shows routing of the hose.

If you remove the wiper arms and scuttle panel, there's a small grommet on drivers side where you can run in your electrics.

Have you still got the wiring loom?

If so how can we progress this?

Thanks
