guys chap has removed these from his roc (essentially the same) on our forum but its a bit wordy and not all relavent and the mix of brushed aluminium and r32 bits is a bit

they come off quite easy but can also bend easily, i had mine off a while back to find a rattle. dont worry if they bend though they straighten back. and i think it would be hard to lose any clips all the clips seem lose without the strips though
My driver side aluminium door trim has developed a rather irritating rattle lol - so will be removing and putting a bit of double sided tape behind it to stop that!

These strips aren't really designed to be taken on and off by VW's customers!
