Glad you're happy with them (now I don't have egg on my face too!).

My set just arrived this morning, so I'll be out in the dark putting them in her Altea. Or should I put them in my Golf and give her the year old non-ultra ones??

White is for boys, yellow for girls.

Very true  :happy2:

After all, an Altea is just a hand-me-down Golf anyway so it'll be used to it!
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Good man. Most (?!) women wear white at their wedding, so you can have the white lights in your life after marriage!

I've just turned off my horrible yellow DRLs. Now my beams are near Colgate Total White. I've, at last, stopped hankering after Bi-Xenons, thus ending one year and nine months of trauma.

I have Osram night breaker plus dipped and main beam bulbs and my blue coated sidelight bulbs look blue/white compared to my headlights. If they were anymore blue/white they would look odd.

My Philips Xtreme Vision H7 bulbs and Philips 5w5 Blue vision parking lights are as white as each other. Great match. These parking lights stay on with both high beam and dipped beam. The DRLs are very yellow, are pants and are switched off.
