Hate it when people say "its only a bit of metal" knowing how much i would be gutted if it happened to me but as long as your OK thats what really matters.

testimony to the strength of the car for a front quarter impact although the same cant be said for your alloy though

thanks for all the comments, main thing is me and the passenger are safe. going to the doctors today to get checked out to make sure theres no internal damage. yeah the car took the impact pretty well although the alloy took a bit of a battering as it was the first point of impact lol guess al be needing new wheels, good excuse to buy some  :smiley:

well took some pictures during the day and managed to get my original wheels back off a mate to put on.

I can recommend a good accident repair place in Glasgow if you are interested, put a new quarter panel etc on my Jetta, done a great job.

i will give them a chance, its a bit unfair to tar everyone with the same brush. lets hope i dont regret it lol
