Provisional: Thursday 18th June PM, Travelodge close to Chunnel for eats and beer.

....Be aware (if you're not already aware) that the Travelodges near the Chunnel get full very easily and you need to book way ahead of time.

I once ended up in a rather grand old house with sweeping views across to France but wouldn't recommend it as, apart from limited accommodation (no food), I think the couple running it may have been swingers. They certainly had an alcohol problem! I was the only house guest and made sure my bedroom was locked. It was very bizarre indeed.

Lads we worked it out to around £200ish quid all in including crossing, Hotels and fuel. Then you just need your spends! 

If Joe doesn't go Tom you can jump in my car!

i wana go but dont wanna take my car around the track! thats the only thing thats putting me off! i really dont wanna stuff up my car.

I get the impression that there would be bikes and cars passing me all the time and i wouldnt have much of my own space.

i really couldnt afford to smash up my car without insurance,

does nobody else worry about this?

Jay if your that worried give it to me to drive, and i will stuff it into the arnco for you. I can easily afford to crash it for you. 

To be honest that is why i am only going as a camera man. I want to see what its all about first. 
Then next year i can stuff my own into the arnco.

I hear you Jay as you know what Im like about my car but Im not going there to 'set a time' or race anyone. Im just going to enjoy it an make the most of it while Im there.
