Itg intake vs forge twintake

Anyone ran both and which gave best gains. On mk5 gti

I had both, no noticeable difference in my eyes but when Revo used my car they ran tests and did show that the twintake creates turbulent air due to its "twin filter" design, turbulent air isn't good on a air mass'd car so I got the ITG
