I just sent a laptop to a friend in Sweden. Went through Postage Supermarket who organised Parcel Force for collection and fully tracked delivery.

www.Parcel2go.com they have bsuiness rates with most of the major companies and if its europe your sending to you have acces to Euro 48 which is not available as post offices (because its cheap lol), just sent an Radio control glider wing set set to a chap in sweden for £22.49 (Box was 100cm x 30cm x 15cm and weighed 1.2KG), post office wanted £39 for priority mail!!
